What this site is

RohiniPG lists paying guest accommodation across Rohini and the areas immediately around it — Pitampura, Prashant Vihar, Rithala, Shalimar Bagh. Owners post their rooms, tenants search and filter them, and enquiries go directly between the two. That is the whole model.

What we do not do

We are not brokers. We do not take a commission on your rent, we do not collect deposits or token amounts, and we do not sit between you and the owner on a call. If anyone claiming to represent RohiniPG asks you for money, that is not us — please report it immediately.

How listings get checked

Every new listing is reviewed by a moderator before it appears publicly. We check that the details are plausible, the photos are not obviously stock images, and the property is not a duplicate of one already listed.

A smaller number of listings carry a Verified badge. That means somebody from our team has physically visited, matched the photos against the actual rooms, and confirmed that the person listing it is the owner or their authorised manager. A listing without the badge has not been visited — it is not a judgement on the property.

Reviews

Any signed-in tenant can leave one review per PG. Reviews are moderated for abuse and spam, not for sentiment: we do not remove a negative review because an owner asks us to. Owners can post a public reply to any review, which we think is fairer to both sides than deletion.

Before you pay anyone

Visit the property. See the specific room you are being offered, not a similar one. Meet the warden or owner in person. Read whatever agreement you are asked to sign, and get the deposit amount and refund terms in writing. These are ordinary precautions and any legitimate owner will expect them.
