1. What RohiniPG is

RohiniPG ("we", "the site") is an online platform where owners and managers of paying guest accommodation publish listings, and prospective tenants search them and contact the lister directly. We are a listing platform, not an agent, broker, landlord or party to any tenancy.

2. Using the site

By using RohiniPG you agree that you will:

• give accurate information when you register or list a property;
• keep your account credentials to yourself and tell us if they are compromised;
• not scrape, copy or republish listings in bulk;
• not post content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringes someone's rights;
• not use the site to send unsolicited marketing to other users.

You must be at least 18 to create an account.

3. Listings

Owners are solely responsible for what they publish. Listings must describe a real property the lister owns or is authorised to let, use recent photographs of that property, and state rent, deposit and charges accurately.

We review listings before publication and may edit, unpublish or delete any listing that appears inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent or in breach of these terms. We do not guarantee that any listing will be approved, or that an approved listing will stay published.

4. The "Verified" badge

A Verified badge records that, at the time of a visit, our representative saw the property, compared it with the listing photographs, and confirmed the lister's authority to let it. It is not a warranty about the current condition of the property, the conduct of the owner, or the suitability of the accommodation for you. Conditions change; verify for yourself before you commit.

5. Enquiries, payments and tenancies

Any agreement to rent is entirely between you and the owner. We are not a party to it, we do not hold deposits, and we take no commission. We never collect rent, deposits or booking amounts. If anyone claiming to act for RohiniPG asks you for money, report it to us and do not pay.

We strongly recommend visiting a property in person, seeing the specific room offered, and getting rent, deposit and refund terms in writing before paying anything.

6. Reviews

Reviews are the personal opinions of the people who write them, not statements by us. You may post one review per property, based on genuine experience. We moderate for abuse, personal information and spam. We do not delete a review merely because it is unfavourable, and owners may post a public reply. Do not post reviews of your own property or pay anyone to post reviews.

7. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photographs and text you upload. By posting them you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and reproduce them for the purpose of operating and promoting the site. You confirm you have the right to grant that licence.

8. Availability and liability

We provide the site on an "as is" basis and do not promise uninterrupted availability or that listing information is complete, current or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your dealings with any owner or tenant, from reliance on a listing, or from unavailability of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, or that is used to harass others. You may delete your own account at any time from your profile page, which removes your listings and personal data as described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
