What we ask of you
The site only works if listings are honest, so there are a few rules. They are short.
- Photos must be of your actual property, taken recently. No stock images, no photos of a different building.
- Rent and deposit must be the real numbers, including anything charged on top.
- Keep the free-seat count current. A listing that says seats are free when it is full wastes everyone's time.
- One listing per property. Duplicates get removed.
- Never ask a tenant to transfer money before they have visited.
Listings that break these are unpublished, and accounts that do it repeatedly are blocked.
How approval works
- You submit the listing.
- A moderator checks it, usually within a working day.
- It goes live, or comes back with a specific reason to fix.
- Later edits go through the same check.
