Most chosen
Lowest rentBilled per meal, never as a plan
A fixed monthly food plan is a bad deal for anyone who works. You travel, you stay late, you eat at your desk — and you have already paid for a dinner nobody served you.
- Tiffin charged per meal. Take it when you want it. Skip it without losing money.
- A kitchen that is actually usable. For the nights you get back at ten and want something of your own.
- A shared refrigerator for leftovers, tiffins and anything that keeps.
Ask for the current per-meal rate when you call; we quote it alongside the rent.

What comes with every room
Furnished As Standard
Bed, mattress, almirah and a work surface in every room. Arrive with a suitcase.

In every room, not as a paid upgrade. It matters from April to September.
CCTV Coverage
Cameras across the property, recording continuously.
Security, All Week
Security arrangements in place every day, not only after dark.
Wi-Fi Throughout
Enough for video calls and remote work, not only for scrolling.
Hot Water
A geyser in every bathroom — the thing you notice most in January.
RO Drinking Water
Purified water on tap. Nobody should be buying bottles to live somewhere.
Kitchen Access
Cook when you want to. Useful when work runs past dinner.

Rooms and shared areas cleaned every day.

We Talk To Families
Parents are welcome to call and to visit, whatever your age.
A Residential Pocket
Pocket 5 is a lived-in part of Sector 7, not a commercial strip.
What rent should actually cover
Rents around Sector 7 vary more than the rooms do, and the gap is usually explained by what a listing leaves out. Ours sits between ₹6,000 and ₹9,000 a month depending on the room, does not move once it is quoted, and we confirm the exact figure on the phone.
Each figure covers the room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping and every shared facility in the building. Food is separate and charged per meal, which for a working resident almost always works out cheaper than a plan.
The private room is priced the same per month as one bed in a twin because it is a small room. We would rather set that expectation now than have you find out on moving day.
