Scope
These terms cover use of this website. They are not your accommodation agreement — the terms of a stay are agreed with us directly when you book.
Accuracy
We keep rent and availability current, but availability moves through the year and rents can be revised, so figures here are indicative and confirmed when you contact us.
Photographs are of this property. Rooms differ from one another, which is exactly why we ask everyone to view the actual room before committing.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry, by any route, does not reserve a room. A room is held only once we have confirmed it with you directly.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt this site, or reuse its text, photographs or branding elsewhere without permission.
